Rod & Rifle

Take a group of VIP guests away on a weekend of top class fishing, shooting and fine dining at an exclusive country hideaway in the company of rugby world cup heroes Kyran Bracken, and Richard Hill.

In a glorious rural location get to know and be inspired by true legends of the game. This is a relaxing and informal couple of days but the opportunity to hear the players talking about their careers will give your guests a revealing insight into the qualities you need to reach the top in sport and business.

Captain's Table

Treat clients to an intimate evening of high class dining, served with a selection of sporting captains. Take your pick from stars that have led their country in football, rugby and cricket.

The sporting stars will rotate tables after each course giving all guests the chance to relax and get to know them. The talent will then join forces in a lively and provocative after-dinner Q&A session.

'My Sport' - Debate

A debate putting forward the case for 'My Sport'. The debaters will consist of a journalist and sport talent demonstrating and expressing why their sport is a leader in terms of the quality, entertainment, characters and personalities of those involved. The lessons that can be taught/learnt through it and the general benefits to the health and well-being of the nation if more players participated in it across all levels.

A fun concept that will not only entertain, but also give the speakers space to discourse to show the audience what the essence of their sport is all about, and what we can be taught by it.

Business Themed dinners

Sport is a powerful emotional entity, and when used and managed professionally can create the perfect backdrop to inspire, excite, educate and facilitate business being done.

We work with corporate partners to run a series of themed, focused and intimate sporting private dinners allowing our clients partners to expose senior clients to a charged, yet informal bespoke entertainment experience.

One of the wonderful things about sport in general, is that it's about congregation, not segregation. People coming together for an event, an occasion an experience and then departing with shared memories, stories, lessons and personal interpretations of a day that will stay with them and be mentally re-visited repeatedly in the future.

Two popular themes are 'Building a High Performance Team' and 'Managing Change'.

'Building a High Performance Team'

To be a successful business or a successful rugby team, you need to select the right players. Not only must you have the right protagonists, but you must ensure that their roles and responsibilities fit their capabilities and that there is a clear goal and a vision of how to reach the defined objective. Joined up thinking is imperative.

Liaising with you, we will select one or two fitting names for the event and an MC if necessary to engage speakers and extrapolate details, lessons and knowledge.

Managing Change

All organisations and individuals go through change at one time or another. If a manager intends to bring about change, the key is not to 'sell' it to employees. Change needs to be understood and managed in a way that people can cope effectively with it. Change needs to be realistic, achievable and measurable.

The talent selected will explore this theme of 'Managing Change' using great insights from their professional careers.
